ERX — Digital assets exchange platform.

As the sole designer, I led the end-to-end design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. I optimized the KYC onboarding experience for a 50% faster process, Optimized back-office workflow efficiency with 90% automation support and improved the overall trading flow for a smoother, more efficient user journey.

Deeple — AI/ML powered chat-commerce.

I led the end-to-end product design for core features, the AI/ML chatbot structure, and store management tools. The result was a 9x increase in client sales, a reduction of around 70% in operational workload, and solutions that addressed about 90% of the key pain points for both customers and sellers.

Bixie — A female-focused finance platform.

A gamified financial learning, community, and events mobile app for women. I was involved in analyzing the existing app, defining the brand identity and user personas, revising the brand’s color palette, built design system, optimized user flows and UI with a 51% boost in onboarding rate, and increased 49% in user engagement with overall user experience.

KuCoin Thailand — Crypto exchange platform.

Designed a new 18-month sandbox program Tourist DigiPay feature and redesigned the existing KuPon experience to improve usability, seamless digital asset payment and gifting experience into KuCoin Thailand application using existing design system. Bridged real world spending of digital assets with Thailand’s local payment infrastructure.
